Rehabilitiation

Rehabilitation is a focused process to restore health, movement, and function after injury or illness. Using tailored, exercise-based programs, we help maximise recovery and prevent future injuries.

Our approach includes pool, gym, and field settings to support every stage—from gentle low-impact exercises to advanced sport-specific training. We guide you safely and effectively back to your normal activities or athletic goals. Telehealth services are also available for convenient, remote support.

Hydrotherapy

Elite Rehab uses an onsite 25m indoor pool for hydrotherapy sessions with an average temperature around 31-33 degree. Hydrotherapy is typically used when rehabilitation exercises need to be ‘unloaded’ i.e. minimise the effects of gravity or for low-impact conditioning.

Patients typically graduate from the pool to land-based rehabilitation if / when able. Sessions are individually focused and closely supervised by Physiotherapists.

Functional Core & Mobility

Functional Core & Mobility Classes (FCM) are perfect for people who are returning to activity after injury or people who want to maintain an injury free body. Enhances body awareness, spinal mobility, posture, core strength and body function.

Ideal for back pain, neck pain, knee and/or hip pain and for many other musculoskeletal conditions. Based on traditional Pilates exercises with a focus on core stability and flexibility with graded levels of difficulty.

Elite Rehab & sports physiotherapy

Dietetics

Elite Rehab offers expert sports nutrition and dietetics services with accredited dietitian Amy Trotman. Amy provides individual diet analysis, weight management, personalised meal plans, body composition testing, support for eating disorders, tailored supplementation advice, and educational seminars.

Services are available for all patients, including via Telehealth for remote, interstate, and international clients. Contact us for referrals or to book an appointment.

Our Shoulder Rehabilitation Group Classes are designed for individuals recovering from shoulder or upper body injuries who are looking to regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Led by Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, these small-group sessions focus on targeted exercises to restore function and reduce the risk of re-injury.

Whether you’re aiming to return to daily activities, enhance upper body performance, or get back to sport—including contact training and drills—our program provides a supportive and structured pathway to recovery. Suitable for all levels of recovery, including post-surgical rehab and athletes in return-to-play phases.”
